We’re excited to share some big news about the FLO Factory Team for 2025! As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re making some changes that we believe will make your experience even better.

The 2025 FLO Factory Team

Starting with the 2025 season, the FLO Factory Team will be brought back under the direct management of our FLO family. As a family-run business, we pride ourselves on being closely involved in every part of our company and we believe our Factory Team deserves the same personal touch. This change reflects our commitment to maintaining the values and passion that make FLO unique. We’re excited to take this next step together and continue driving the FLO Factory Team in this new chapter.

Why Join The FLO Factory Team?

The purpose of the FLO Factory Team is to unite a community of like-minded athletes willing to engage, encourage each other, and promote the core values of FLO Cycling.  

As a brand FLO Cycling believes in: 

1. Creating great products at affordable prices. Well-engineered cycling products should not be cost prohibitive.
   1. As an ambassador, you will have access to the steepest discount we offer + receive a unique-to-you sharable discount code for others that rewards you.

   1. As an ambassador, you’ll have access to information to make you faster, personalized Q&A sessions, and insight to the research and results on a first hand basis.
      
2. Community & Give Back. FLO believes in having an encouraging and kind community as well as giving back to others and the planet.
   1. Becoming an ambassador means you’re part of the family and are expected to uplift and encourage all humans. There will be special opportunities to participate in our Bike for A Kid and One Wheel One Tree programs.

Benefits of Being a FLO Factory Team Member

As a member of the FLO Factory Team you will receive the following benefits: 

1. FLO Discount: The best discount on FLO products to use year-round with no black out windows. 
2. Boosted FLO Discounts: Each member will receive a unique discount code to be shared with others outside of the team. Each time a set of FLO wheels is purchased with your unique code, you will receive an additional 5% discount for a future order (2.5% discount per wheel sold). This gives you an option to boost your discount. For example, if your code sells 10 sets of wheels, you receive an additional 50% discount on top of your discount on your next wheel purchase. 
3. Industry Discounts: More savings! You will receive the best industry gear discounts because we are taking no commission. 
4. Training Camps: We’re excited to offer complimentary training camps, complete with coaching, to all FLO Factory Team members! While housing and travel expenses are not included, the camaraderie and shared experiences with fellow athletes make it an opportunity you won’t want to miss.
5. Group Rides: Connect with your fellow teammates on group rides hosted by team leaders.
6. Industry Expert Q&A: Exclusive Q&A sessions with industry experts where you can learn, ask questions, and become a faster athlete. 
7. Special Giveaways: Throughout the year, you may receive a special giveaway for your involvement with the team. 
8. Your Input Matters: This is your team. You will have the ability to vote on team kit designs, suggest collaborations, discounts, and overall make the team experience something that you want.

How To Be A Member of the FLO Factory Team

1. Kit Purchase: Purchasing a kit is essential—this serves as your membership fee, providing you with gear that both supports the team and allows you to proudly represent the brand as an ambassador.
2. User Generated Content/Engagement: To help promote FLO, we ask that you create two social posts per month and engage with both FLO and fellow team members. If you’re not on social media, simply send us two photos each month that we can share on our platforms for you.
3. Be Awesome: Being awesome means respecting yourself, the members of the FLO Factory Team, and all of those in the cycling community. If you can’t respect this rule then this team is not for you.
